Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of asmaraloka.my (the "Site") operated by Asmaraloka. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase on the Site.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You must confirm your email address before signing in. Unverified accounts cannot place orders.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to your screen settings or production batches.
• Stock is limited and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock — you will be notified and fully refunded in this case.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order based on incorrect pricing, whether before or after the order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed by ToyyibPay.
• You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is received, and a separate payment confirmation once payment is cleared.
• If payment fails, your order remains in pending status and items are released back to stock after a reasonable period.

Shipping

Shipping is handled by EasyParcel and the appointed courier. Estimated delivery times, rates, and tracking details are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on exchanges, refunds, and the conditions under which we accept returns.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product photography, designs, written copy, the Asmaraloka name, and the logo — is owned by Asmaraloka or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or our database;
• Submit false or misleading information at checkout;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the Site without permission;
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security features.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy of its content beyond what is required by Malaysian consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Asmaraloka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
