1. Exchanges for Defective Items

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email: asmaralokahq@gmail.com or WhatsApp Customer Service at 013-3074212.
• Kindly provide your order number, clear photographs of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once the defect has been verified, we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
• If the item is no longer available, we will discuss suitable alternatives. Should no suitable replacement be available, a refund will be issued.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for verified defective items when an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable stock.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Important Notes

• We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, or colour preferences.
• Detailed size and measurement guides are provided for each design. We encourage you to review them carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
• Asmaraloka reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
